DataCore

VMWare

VMware Software is a company that specializes in virtualization of hardware resources. Virtual infrastructure can be summarized as an abstract layer located between the hardware resources and applications or software. Virtualization helps to structurize IT operations, by allowing companies for much better use of the available hardware resources, and simple management of these resources.
From the users point of view virtual resources are seen as the same as those real. However, for the person in charge of person managing infrastructure this is unusual simplification, because it offers a central resource management across an enterprise.

VMware tools allow virtualization of servers running on different operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, NetWare). Such a virtualization system, you can create in different ways – selecting the components depending on the needs of the business. The palette of products includes solutions such as VMware Workstation, which is intended for individual workstations (allows you to simultaneously run on the same computer multiple operating systems Windows and Linux), but also much more complicated solutions such as Server or Wmvare Infrastructure.

VMware Infrastructure is the latest solution for complex virtualization of resources. The product allows the sharing of hardware resources by the different operating systems and the central management of all systems. This allows to reduce the cost of maintenance and management of such infrastructure.
